An Exercise to Reduce Anxiety for Empaths

As an empath and highly sensitive soul unfortunately anxiety can be a by-product of all you can feel and experience here on the Earthly Plane.

That doesn't mean there isn't support available for you to cope with what can feel like harsh energies sometimes.

I have a quick and effective technique I have learned in my own quest to feel calmer as a fellow empath.

Qigong has been a saviour for me and is something I try to do on a daily basis.  This exercise I am going to teach you is in particular great for empaths and reducing feelings of anxiety.

In this episode I share with you a Qijong exercise called 'playing with water' which will help to bring your personal energy back home and serve as a reminder to you to always bring it back home.
